Zusammenfassung
Im Oktober 2024 wurde die Klimaanpassungsstrategie für das Land Nordrhein-Westfalen veröffentlicht. Diese wird im Beitrag kurz vorgestellt. Es wird auf die Rechtsgrundlagen, Inhalte und Maßnahmen sowie die Rolle der Flurbereinigungsverwaltung im Erarbeitungsprozess eingegangen. Im Weiteren werden die Möglichkeiten und Maßnahmen der ländlichen Bodenordnung bei der Umsetzung der Klimaanpassungsstrategie verdeutlicht und dabei zwei Ansätze beleuchtet: Klimaanpassungsmaßnahmen als Maßnahmen der Flurbereinigung im Rahmen der agrarstrukturellen Fachplanung und als Landentwicklungsmaßnahmen Dritter.
Summary
In October 2024, the climate adaption strategy for the state of North Rhine-Westphalia was published. This article provides a brief introduction to it. It addresses the legal base, content and measures and the role of the land consolidation administration in the development process. Furthermore, the possibilities and the measures of land consolidation procedures in implementing the climate adaption strategy are explained, focusing on two approaches: climate adaption measures as land consolidation measures within the framework of agricultural planning and as land development measures of external parties.
