Zusammenfassung
Die Gewährleistung der Geodatenversorgung des Landes und die Aktivierung des Geodatenmarktes als heutige Anforderungen an das amtliche Vermessungswesen führen zur Weiterentwicklung traditioneller Behördenstrukturen hin zur integrierten Geoinformationsverwaltung. In Sachsen-Anhalt sind sämtliche Katasterämter und die Landesvermessungsbehörde in einem Ein-Behörden-Modell zum Landesamt für Vermessung und Geoinformation zusammengefasst worden, um die Geschäftsprozesse als zentrale Geodienstleistung auszugestalten und wirtschaftlich zu bündeln (Seamless Government-Organisation). Der Vertrieb mit der Leistungsbereitstellung wird von den für die Produktion zu berücksichtigenden Vorgaben befreit und davon unbehindert besonders nutzerorientiert und bedarfsgerecht durchgeführt (Frontoffice/Backoffice-Service-Architektur). Als Kernbereich der Leistungsbereitstellung wird das Geodatenportal des Landes ausgebaut. Seamless Government-Organisation und Frontoffice/Backoffice-Service-Architektur sind die Komponenten des neuen Management-Ansatzes eines »Integrierten GeoGovernments«. Er soll sicherstellen, dass die Geobasisinformationen des Staates wirtschaftlich produziert werden sowie integriert, ungehindert und umfassend verfügbar sind.

The sale combined with preparation of performance is relieved by the consideration handicap of production and so free for an useful need (»Frontoffice/Backoffice-Service-Architecture«). As the heart of preparation of performance the Geodata-Portal is reinforced. The »Seamless Government-Organisation« combined with »Frontoffice/Backoffice-Service-Architecture« are the components of the new idea of management called »Integrated GeoGovernment«. This shell secure the Geobasicinformation by the state will be produced economical as well as integrated, unhindered and being extensive available.
