Zusammenfassung
Der Beitrag beschreibt aktuelle Trends der Kulturlandschaftsentwicklung in Deutschland. In diesem Kontext wird deutlich, dass eine nachhaltige Landnutzung vielfach nur durch Bodenordnung möglich ist. Hieraus ergeben sich wichtige Aufgabenschwerpunkte der Flurbereinigung. Ihre Lösung erfordert auch eine zeitgemäße Interpretation und Anwendung der rechtlichen Grundlagen, insbesondere des vereinfachten Flurbereinigungsverfahrens zur Landentwicklung und Lösung von Landnutzungskonflikten nach § 86 FlurbG.
Summary
The paper illustrates current trends of development of cultural landscapes in Germany. In this context, it becomes apparent that oftentimes only the reallocation of property rights enables sustainable land use. From this follow important main tasks of land consolidation. The resolution of these problems demands also contemporary interpretation and application of the legal basis, e. g. the simplified land consolidation procedure for land development and for the resolution of land use conflicts pursuant to section 86 Land Consolidation Act.
