Zusammenfassung
Im internationalen Bereich des Katasterwesens wird seit Jahren über die Möglichkeiten von 3D-Katastern und der Darstellung von 3D-Wohnungs- und -Teileigentum diskutiert. Auch wenn ein vollständiges 3D-Kataster ein weit entferntes Ziel sein wird, so sollte zumindest die Möglichkeit geschaffen werden, bei entsprechendem Bedarf auch eine 3D-Abbildung von Eigentum zu realisieren. Im Bereich des Wohnungs- und Teileigentums ist für die Aufteilungspläne nach Wohnungseigentumsgesetz (WEG) ebenfalls eine solche Lösung im Hinblick auf die Nutzung von BIM denkbar. Dies würde zugleich die Qualität der Aufteilungspläne auf ein besseres Niveau heben. Eine Verknüpfung mit ALKIS® wird als möglich angesehen.
Summary
In the international field of land registry, the possibilities of 3D cadastres and the representation of 3D condominium have been discussed for years. Even if a complete 3D cadastre will be a distant goal, at least the possibility should be there to create a 3D registration of property if necessary. Such a solution is also conceivable in the area of condominium plans according to the condominium act with regard to the use of BIM. At the same time, the quality of the condominium plans would be raised to a better level. A display in ALKIS® is considered possible.
