Der Beitrag gibt einen kurzen Abriss der Katasterentwicklung in Russland und beschreibt die heutigen Aufgaben und Funktionen des Staatskatasters für Immobilien sowie das automatisierte Informationssystem des staatlichen Liegenschaftskatasters. Ferner werden Probleme und Perspektiven des russischen Katasterwesens analysiert.
Summary
The article presents a short analysis of cadastre development in Russia and describes the goal, objectives and functions of the state real estate cadastre as well as Automated Information System of State Real Estate Cadastre (AIS SREC). The problems and prospects of cadastre system in Russia are given.
