Zusammenfassung
Der nachfolgende Bericht über die Aktivitäten der UNECE Working Party on Land Administration im Bereich der internationalen Zusammenarbeit auf den Gebieten der Landregistrierung, des Liegenschaftskatasters und des Land Management beschreibt einleitend das derzeitige weit gefächerte Umfeld verschiedener, auf diesem Sektor tätiger internationaler Organisationen. Ausgehend von den mittel- und langfristigen Zielen der Vereinten Nationen und ihrer Economic Commission for Europe (ECE) werden dann die Arbeiten der Working Party on Land Administration näher beschrieben. Dabei werden der umfassende fachliche Ansatz der WPLA, die in jüngster Zeit erzielten Arbeitsergebnisse sowie die Aktivitäten im Hinblick auf die Entwicklungszusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Ländern der ECE-Region besonders betrachtet.
Summary
The following report on the activities of the UNECE Working Party on Land Administration concerning international cooperation in the fields of land registration, real estate cadastre and land management first provides a short introduction to the current wide-spread international activities of different organizations working in this area. Based on the medium to long term overall goals of the United Nations and their Economic Commission for Europe (ECE) the work of the WPLA in land administration is then presented. A special focus is given to the comprehensive and integrated approach of the WPLA to land administration issues, the recent results achieved and the development cooperation activities of the WPLA in various countries of the ECE region.
