Summary
The article presents the more recent case law on the professional law of publicly appointed surveyors and puts it into the context of the case law issued so far. In the analysis it is to be noted that on the one hand the case law already passed is confirmed, but on the other hand, legal questions which have not yet been clarified are also brought to a (first-time) judicial clarification. The court decisions are characterised by a high practical relevance for publicly appointed surveyors as well as for the supervisory authorities.
