Zusammenfassung
Durch die aktuellen technischen, organisatorischen, personellen und politischen Entwicklungen ergeben sich zahlreiche Herausforderungen für das Amtliche deutsche Vermessungswesen, die sich auch auf die Form der Bereitstellung von Geobasisdaten auswirken. Diese liegen größtenteils digital vor und können nun in vernetzten Geodateninfrastrukturen online bereitgestellt oder auf mobilen Geräten eingesetzt werden. Damit verbunden ist eine Neuausrichtung von der produktorientierten hin zur dienstleistungsorientierten Geoinformationsverwaltung, die so als zentraler Geodienstleister die Aktivierung des Geodatenmarktes vorantreibt und trotz sinkender Personalkapazitäten die flächendeckende Versorgung des Landes mit Geodaten durch moderne Organisationsstrukturen und durch Anwendung moderner Technologien sicherstellt. Der derzeitige Stand bei der Umsetzung der eingeleiteten Maßnahmen in Sachsen-Anhalt wird im Beitrag dargestellt.
Summary
The German geoinformation administrations have to face several challenges through the current developments in technology and organisation, through political influences and the reduction of personnel which also have influence on the forms of allocation of the geobasisdata. As most of the geobasisdata are digitally available they now can be allocated online in networked spatial data infrastructures or used with mobile equipment. This is combined with realignment from a product oriented to a service oriented geoinformation administration which promotes the activation of the geodata market as a central geoservice provider. With modern organisational structures and the use of modern technology the state-wide supply with geodata is guaranteed despite decreasing human capacities. This article describes the current implementation status of the activities commenced in Saxony-Anhalt.
