Zusammenfassung
Im Vermessungs- und Geoinformationswesen in Sachsen-Anhalt wurden in einem integrierten Modernisierungsprozess mit einer einschneidenden Fortentwicklung des Fachgesetzes und einer tiefgreifenden Organisationsreform die Weichen Richtung Zukunft gestellt. Im Zentrum der Neuausrichtung steht die digitale Kommunikation, die einen Quantensprung in der Verwaltungsmodernisierung ermöglicht. Der umfassende eGovernmentansatz für das Geoinformationswesen ist sowohl im Fachgesetz rechtlich verankert als auch Kern der übergreifenden Strategie des LVermGeo. Die in Sachsen-Anhalt im Ein-Behörden-Modell mit einer Frontoffice/Backoffice-Struktur vollzogene Integration der Ressourcen, Kompetenzen, Prozesse und Datenbestände gewährleistet Effektivität und Effizienz nach innen und einen zentralen, einheitlichen Ansprechpartner für das gesamte Geoinformationswesen nach außen. Die mit diesem Ansatz trotz schwindender Ressourcen erzeugte Innovationskraft und Flexibilität sind Garant für die Zukunftsfähigkeit des LVermGeo.
Summary
An integrated modernisation process with a decisive further development of the specialist law and a far-reaching organisational reform setting the course for the future has been implemented in the State survey and geoinformation in Sachsen-Anhalt. Digital communication, which makes possible a quantum leap in the modernisation of the administration, is at the centre of the new alignment. The comprehensive eGovernment approach for geographic information is both legally anchored in the specialist law as well as the core of the comprehensive strategy of the State survey and geoinformation. The complete integration of the resources, competences, processes and core data in Sachsen-Anhalt in the Single Authority Model with a front office?/?back office structure ensures internal effectiveness and efficiency and a central, standardised contact from the outside for the complete geoinformation. The flexibility and innovation capacities created by this approach despite diminishing resources are guarantees for the secure future of the State survey and geoinformation.
