Zusammenfassung
Dieser Beitrag befasst sich mit den vom Europäischen Komitee für Normung im »Guide to the Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement (GUM)« festgelegten Definitionen zur Messunsicherheit. Es wird gezeigt, dass einige dieser Definitionen zur Anwendung bei geodätischen Messungen nicht empfohlen werden können. Weiterhin wird gezeigt, dass »Elementarfehlermodelle«, bei denen der Einfluss systematischer Messabweichungen bewusst als definierendes Konstruktionselement verwandt wird, auf unkorrekten statistischen Grundlagen basieren.
Summary
This contribution deals with the definitions of uncertainty in measurement, given in the »Guide to the Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement (GUM)« of the European Committee for Standardization. It will be shown that some of these definitions cannot be recommended for use in geodetic survey. Furthermore, it will be shown that »elementary error models«, which are constructed with the influence of systematic errors, are not correct.
