Summary
In practice of real estate valuation the term »advantageous agricultural land« continues to play a role. This term means the valuation of agricultural land in which the expectation of a non-agricultural use, without planning intentions, is specifically identified. Older studies have shown that in these cases the land is sold at higher prices than average agricultural land. The following article shows a study of the Office of the Board of state board of expert values of Lower Saxony which seeks to determine, how much higher prices for such land are currently and whether the price effects classifiable to different categories of land.
