Zusammenfassung
Mit der Einführung des Amtlichen Liegenschaftskataster-Informationssystems ALKIS® kommen auf die katasterführenden Dienststellen Entscheidungen zur Beschaffung entsprechender Hard- und Software zu. Im Folgenden wird die Konzeption einer ALKIS®-Benutzungskomponente (Auskunfts- und Präsentationskomponente) mit vorhandener Open-Source-Software als Alternative zu den am Markt befindlichen proprietären Systemen vorgestellt und auf ihre Tauglichkeit im Sinne der ALKIS®-Vorgaben untersucht. Diese sind zum einen die vorgabenkonforme Signaturierung der aus der Datenhaltungskomponente übergebenen Geometrien bis hin zum vorgeschriebenen amtlichen Katasterauszug, zum anderen die Anforderungen an den ALKIS®-Web-Client im Sinne von speziellen Funktionalitäten.
Summary
With the introduction of the Official Real Estate Cadastre Information System ALKIS® the land register-prominent agencies have to decide about the procurement of appropriate hardware and software. In the following, the concept of an ALKIS®-employment component (information and presentation component) with existing open-source software as an alternative to proprietary systems present on the market is presented and its suitability in terms of ALKIS® specifications is examined. These are on one hand the assignment of signatures of the geometry handed over from the data storage component up to the prescribed official cadastral map to be compliant to the offical specifications, on the other hand the requirements to the ALKIS® Web-Client in terms of special functionalities.
