Zusammenfassung
Das Landentwicklungs-Geoinformationssystem LEGIS wird in der Flurneuordnungsverwaltung Baden-Württemberg als Client/Server-Anwendung mit dezentraler Datenhaltung eingesetzt. Es ermöglicht die integrierte Bearbeitung der Grafik- und der Sachdaten von Flurneuordnungsverfahren. Dieser Beitrag stellt zunächst das Konzept des Gesamtsystems sowie die Realisierung der einzelnen Komponenten und deren Integration in das Programmsystem vor. Nach der anschließenden Darstellung der Programmeinführung und des laufenden Betriebes wird der praktische Nutzen anhand von Beispielen bei der Bearbeitung eines Flurneuordnungsverfahrens aufgezeigt.
Summary
LEGIS is a GIS for land consolidation which is used by the Flurneuordnungsverwaltung Baden-Württemberg as a client/server application with a decentralised database. It enables to process graphical as well as attributive data in an integrated system. This article wants to give first an introduction to the concept of the system, the realisation of the different components and their integration into the system. Secondly this article presents the launch of the program as well as the system in operation. Finally the efficiency of the system will be shown by means of practical examples based on land consolidation processes.
